Sunday, November 30 at 10:30 a.m.
Steph Tacy leads this uplifting service inspired by Shannon Shallcross’s TEDx talk on how daily thankfulness can transform our lives. In our Unitarian Universalist tradition, gratitude is more than a feeling—it’s a spiritual practice that deepens awareness, strengthens community, and renews hope.

“Grateful Beyond Agreement” – Rev. Bill Lyon
Sunday, November 23 at 10:30 a.m.
In a season when families and communities gather across lines of difference, we ask: what does it mean to be truly grateful when we don’t all see life the same way? Through story, reflection, and our cherished Bread Communion ritual, we’ll celebrate the nourishment of shared humanity and the grace of belonging that transcends agreement.

“Faithful Defiance — Love, Courage, and the Soul of Democracy” – Rev. Bill Lyon / Democracy Resolution Team
Sunday, November 16, 2025 at 10:30 a.m.
In a time of division and uncertainty, how do people of faith respond with courage and compassion — without losing sight of love?
Join us this Sunday as we explore what it means to practice faithful defiance: to rise together in covenant and in hope, affirming the values that sustain our shared humanity.
We’ll lift up a new congregational resolution, “For Faithful Defiance of Authoritarianism,” as a living expression of our Unitarian Universalist principles.
Through reflection, music, and the voices of those who helped shape this work, we’ll celebrate the power of community to heal and to lead with love.
All are welcome. Come as you are — bring your doubts, your dreams, and your courage.
