“Souls to the Polls”

Sunday November 3, 2024, 10:30 a.m.

Rev. Bill Gupton leads this service.

The Sunday before Election Day has traditionally been known as “Souls to the Polls Sunday,” when people of faith are encouraged by their pastor to go vote, together, participating in the democratic process that is one of our Unitarian Universalist principles. Today, we will be encouraged by Rev. Bill to do just that – vote – which this afternoon can happen at the Board of Elections between 1:00 and 5:00 p.m.

But whether you have already voted early, want to vote on Souls to the Polls Sunday, or plan to vote on Tuesday – just be sure to vote! This week will be an inflection point in the history of our country, and our world. Don’t sit on the sidelines! Our choir will also inspire us this morning.

At 10:30 a.m., join us in the sanctuary or click this Zoom link.
