December 18, 2024, Babes with Books Party
6:30 – 9:00 p.m. in the Heritage Room
Following the traditions of our women’s book club, lovingly known as the Babes with Books or BWB, we eschew reading for the month of December and gather for a party and movie instead. For our December 18, 2024 party (starting at 6:30 p.m. in the Heritage Room) we will share holiday snacks and then start the screening of the film Inside Out at 7 p.m.
The humorous animated film selected for the evening is Pixar’s Inside Out. Growing up is a bumpy road Riley who is uprooted from her Midwest life when her father starts a new job in San Francisco. Like all of us, Riley is guided by her emotions; Joy, Fear, Anger, Disgust, and Sadness. The emotions live in Headquarters, the control center inside Riley’s mind, where they help advise her through everyday life.

All regular BWB meetings run from 7 – 9 p.m. in the Heritage Room, unless otherwise announced.
All women (be they members, or friends) are invited to our party in addition to our regular meetings, whether or not they’ve been a regular BWB attendee.
