Because there are a number of Heritage members and friends who are the only members of their immediate and/or extended families living in Cincinnati, the Caring Circle thought it might be helpful if Heritage could hold emergency contact information for those who wished. For some, if there were an emergency in which they could not give their contact information themselves, no one would know how to get in contact with their relatives.
In 2016 the Caring Circle came up with a form on which church members and friends could list their contact information, and in 2021 the form was revised slightly. The form has a few other essentials like where a key might be found, if a person has a pet that needed tending, etc. All information will be held in confidence and used only in case of emergency. Several people completed the form when it was handed out at a worship service. The updated form is now on our web site so that anyone who did not get to do that can print off the form and turn it in at their convenience. Although we hope that none will ever have to be used, it serves as a safeguard in the event of the unexpected.
Click here for the Emergency Contact Information Form. After you fill it out, there are two ways you can turn it in. One is to put in in a sealed envelope and place it in the Caring Circle mail slot in the church office. The other is to mail it to
