Join Us for a Six-Week Yoga & Meditation Series

 at Heritage Universalist Unitarian Church

Looking for a peaceful space to unwind, to center yourself, and to connect with others? We invite you to join our grounding, free, six-week series designed to help you find calm amidst the chaos.

What to Expect:

  • Tuesday, January 21 and Tuesday February 18, 2025 – Breathwork & Yogic Techniques to restore balance and reduce stress (lead by Tracy Jo Duckworth)
  • Wednesday, January 29, 2025 – Guided Meditation to quiet the mind and nurture inner peace (lead by Maureen Boylan)
  • Tuesday, February 4, 2025 – Yoga Nidra Relaxation to deeply relax and rejuvenate (lead by Julie Lusk)
  • Wednesday, February 12 and February 26, 2025 – Gentle Yoga to release tension and cultivate mindful movement (lead by Joelle Tunning)

This series is a sanctuary from political angst and a chance to be in community, embrace mindfulness, and create space for healing. All are welcome. No previous experience is required. No childcare is provided. Please bring a yoga mat to most of these sessions.

Let’s come together to breathe, move, and find peace in this collective journey.
