Terri adds “Since I first published Getting Older Ain’t for Sissies, I have spoken at many locations, each time answering questions. I’ve researched topics I didn’t have yet. I’ve had fun sharing what I have learned either by getting older myself, my family aging, teaching gerontological nursing to students, and reading what is available regarding aging (thank you AARP.) Now that a few years have passed, I have written four more talks and decided to create a second edition of my book. It will be available on Amazon or from me sometime in June. In the meantime, please try to attend a talk or two. I love seeing friendly faces in the audience.”
