Auction Site “How To”

Hi all – John Sandman here inviting you to the Heritage online website enabling you to bid on items for our fall fundraising event September 21, 2024. These are step-by-step instructions to help you out:

  1. Click on the email that was sent to your registered email account on file with Heritage UU Church or go to https://auctria.events/huuc
  2. Click on the Register account and create account. You need to put your details in (name, address, credit card).  It is really easy!
  3. You can click on Bidding Info to see how things work
  4. Click on link for tickets and add fall fest tickets (for the kids) and/or food tickets to your basket
  5. Click on Auction and see all the items. You can place a bid on an item AND you can add a maximum bid. So, for those items you really want to get, put the maximum you would want to pay and the system does the rest.
  6. We need more items so please get to me ASAP!
  7. When the auction closes on September 21 at 8 pm, the items you win will be charged to your credit card automatically and John Sandman will get you your items!
