Isn’t it fun to see Lady Cardinal, resplendent in her understated,
yet quite beautiful RED,
sitting on a branch of the soft, green pine tree outside my window?
Looking all Christmas-y and Winter-y and Fine?
She is joined by her bright RED mate, and they exchange places on the branches
then chase each other, as birds do.
What a Joy to see!
Even though, at times, the uncertainty of so much in our lives
may lead us to doubt what we have known for so long,
and at times we just simply don’t know quite what to do —
yet…..
the Birds STILL sing
the Sun STILL shines
Rain STILL falls,
and the Beauty and Kindness
in the world, in Nature, in all of Us….
it’s ALL STILL there–
for us to draw strength from….
pulling us through.
It’s STLL THERE!!
