One of my favorite aspects of the holiday season is the opportunity to celebrate winter holidays in an expansive way. I experience this partly because my own Cajun culture talks about Papa Noel instead of Santa and because my Jewish household celebrates Hanukkah instead of Christmas (except for the tree, which delights my wife Emily each and every time she gets to pick one out.)
In honor of an expansive experience of the holiday and to get all of us thinking about the December 22, 2024 Holiday Pageant, challenge yourself to think expansively about winter holidays.
