Basic Bread Making Class with Flavored Butters

Bread making is a meditative process. Bread is fundamental to our experience as humans and an important part of our culinary culture. Bread making invites in a sense of comfort and companionship.

This will be an unapologetically slow and hands-on class. Come along as we explore the magic and science of yeast fermentation. No technically demanding recipes. Just simple, basic ingredients and a little TLC. As the dough rises, we will explore flavored butters. This is perfect for beginners or experienced bakers (and meditators!).

$40 per person. Ages 10 and above are welcome.

Full cost of the class (excluding Breeze processing fees) goes toward the Heritage Healthy Cooking Class Fund which helps teach basic cooking skills to at-risk youth.
