One online dictionary defines “hodgepodge” as “a confused mixture,” or a “jumble of heterogenous items.” Synonyms include “miscellany” and “muddle.” This morning’s service will include a variety of ostensibly unrelated things – perhaps even heterogeneous things – that are on Rev.
