Unitarian Universalism is founded on a legacy of “deeds not creeds.” Social justice is a core value through which we live our belief in the inherent worth and dignity of all individuals.
All Heritage members and friends are invited to the next meeting of the Collaborative. If you participated in the Cincinnati Women’s March, attended Martin Luther Day events, took part in other social justice actions, or just want to know more, please come. The meeting will be Sunday, March 1, 2020, from 9:00 to 10:15 a.m., in the Heritage Room. It is a good way to offer and receive support as we work to “heal the world.”
Meeting topics include:
- Bringing UU Values to the 2020 Elections,
- Racial Justice,
- Housing Security and Homelessness,
- Food Security,
- LGBT Concerns,
- Environmental Justice,
- Gun Reform, and
- Other areas brought up during the meeting.
