In the sanctuary, great room, youth room and office, those thermostats lose time on their “time of day” clock. This is shown in the upper left corner of the display.
This happens because the furnace shuts down after being on for about ten minutes and this also turns the thermostat off. When the furnace starts again (in about one minute) the clock resumes at the time when it shut down. Over time, with multiple shut-downs, the clock has “lost” the shut-down time.
Finally, the clock may be inaccurate by minutes or even hours.
Adjustment of the clock is very simple, following the instructions inside the door.
Additionally, when the above happens when the “Override” feature has been used, the furnace will go through only one cycle since shutting the thermostat down turns off the “Override”.
