(This is a revised date.) Death Café Cincinnati, facilitated by our own Rev. Bill Gupton, returns to Heritage Church on Friday evening, November 15, at 7 p.m. Death Cafés are an open-minded, open-hearted, open-ended conversation about death and dying with friends and strangers alike, where our society’s most taboo subject – death and our own mortality – can be discussed in a safe, informal environment. Even though we host roughly one Death Café per year here at Heritage, the attendees are primarily not from the church, so there is ample opportunity to meet and interact with a wide variety of people.
Past participants have used these words to describe Death Café Cincinnati:
Pre-registration is not required or even requested. Death Café is a drop-in, pop-up gathering. And there is always something warm to drink, along with something sweet and tasty to nibble on!
