A brief discussion about the Annual Meeting occurred with the following suggestions for next year.
- Do voting using a form vs. hand raising – specifics not determined.
- Earlier and broader announcement during the search for new board members, suspect we are not tapping all those who may be interested.
- Continue the Town Hall meetings as it led to less discussion during the actual Annual Meeting and to more informed decisions.
The next year board theme will be KEEPING THE SPIRIT ALIVE.
