The Auction Committee plans and implements Heritage’s largest fundraising event of the year. The committee is responsible for producing an event that raises dollars per the annual budget.
Membership will consist of a chair and 6-10 members.
Every week two months prior to auction date through date of auction, or as needed.
Committee members are responsible for a portfolio or portfolios, or specific tasks within a portfolio. Tasks within a portfolio may be assigned to different individuals, but each portfolio has an assigned committee member who oversees task completion within the portfolio.
Length of service
The chair serves for a calendar year. Committee members serve for three months, from August through October. Chair and members may elect to serve consecutive terms.
