Sunday Circle
Sunday, March 7, 8:30-9:30 a.m.

Spiritual Aging
Sunday, March 7, 3:00-5:00 p.m.
Blacksburg minister, Rev. Pam Phillips, leads this group that intentionally explores the process of aging. Zoom link: Spiritual Aging

Common Read Discussion Group
Sunday, March 21, 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
The 2020-21 UUA Common Read is Breathe: A Letter to My Sons, by Imani Perry. Breathe reflects on race, racism, and the hope that one’s child will be wholly known and valued by society. It is “an unforgettable lesson in Black resistance and resilience.” Read the book, then join us for discussion on Sunday, March 21 from 11:30am – 1:00pm. Zoom link: Common Read Discussion Group

The Fifth Dimension for Adults
Tuesday, March 23, 7-8 pm
Watch a classic episode of The Twilight Zone, then participate in a discussion that’s just as relevant today as it was when the episode aired 60 years ago. This month: “The Shelter” with a discussion on living through potentially horrific events. Zoom link: The Fifth Dimension for Adults

Conversations on Our Faith
Meets Wednesdays, 12:00-1:00 p.m.
Discussion on a book that deepens our spiritual journey; all are welcome, even if you have not read the chapters being discussed. Current book: Evening Thoughts: Reflecting on Earth as a Sacred Community, by Thomas Berry. Zoom link: Conversations on Our Faith 

Meditation
Meets Tuesdays, 5:00-6:00 p.m.
centering words and basic instruction are followed by sitting practice; non-experienced and experienced meditators are welcome. Zoom Link: Meditation
