Rev. Bill Gupton.
Memento mori is a Latin phrase meaning “remember that you will die.” What better time than Memorial Day weekend, when we honor deceased heroes of all kinds, to reflect on the reality of our own mortality. Rev. Bill has been encouraging us to do this work for several years now, as part of the “Death Positive” movement that aims to break the taboo around talking about death in our culture. This morning he will share his latest work and thoughts, as he helps us to memento mori.
