Our church aspires to be a radically welcoming community for all people and our services are meant to be a place to connect and recharge. Whether long-time members or first-time visitors, introverted people may struggle to feel a sense of belonging in our spiritual community unless we intentionally acknowledge and understand each other’s social inclinations. How do we uphold cherished traditions in our services while ensuring that everyone feels comfortable? How do we foster a community that taps into the gifts of extroverts and introverts alike?
