For me, the feelings of loss have their own energy, flow and weight. And how I’ve “handled” that energy–my own grief, anger, pain, anxiety and deep sadness, can leave me drowning or somehow working through those feelings as I swim towards shore. How I have learned to transmute and accept my own feelings of loss has had a transformative impact on me and my life. In my reflection I will share with you what I’ve lost, learned and gained on this journey, in hopes that my stories will help lighten and ease your way in the coming year.
