Through a collaborative effort between the Committee on Ministry and the Board of Trustees, two new part-time professional staff positions are being proposed: a Building Caretaker at 10 hours/week and a Member Services Coordinator at 15 hours/week. These have been added as line items in the proposed budget for fiscal year 2018-2019.
We have heard comments and understand that there is a need to do a better job of serving and strengthening our community. Priorities are: 1) welcoming and integrating visitors and new members, and 2) fostering more connections and deepening relationships within our existing community.
We anticipate the benefits of these new part-time positions as serving and supporting our members while helping to strengthen and deepen our relationships. Please consider this proposal seriously when you make your pledge.
