Join others in the Heritage community for Midweek Mindfulness, a short, simple practice of stopping what we are doing (wherever we are doing it) – and breathing, praying, singing, being silent . . . together. Each Wednesday from 12:30-12:35 p.m., join others in our community (and beyond) as we attune our attention to the deeper connections of the Spirit – together.
