Be part of the conversation! Death Café Cincinnati returns to the Clifton Library (340 Brookline Ave., just north of the University of Cincinnati) on Sunday afternoon, January 28, beginning at 2 p.m. Death Café is an open-minded, open-hearted, open-ended conversation about death and dying, where each is invited to share, to listen, and to learn about the most taboo subject in our culture.
Past participants have spoken about how “transformative,” “amazing,” “inclusive,” “courageous,” and “heart-warming” it is to be encouraged to talk freely – with friends and with perfect strangers alike – about a subject we too often are discouraged from discussing. Added bonus: All Death Cafés include tea and sweets. It’s a British thing!
